How will we use your data? 
Our Company collects your data so that we can: 

• Properly answer your requests 

• Supply the Technical services you have contracted from KMH.

• Supply the Technical services our clients have contracted for your use and benefit.

• Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like. 

KMH will not share your data with any third-party company for commercial reasons. We will only share it with the Technology Partners who supply us with some critical functionalities of our services. And just for technological and operational purposes. These companies are:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• IBM Aspera

• Signiant Corporation

When KMH signs a contract with you, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases. 

How do we store your data? 
KMH securely stores your data at AWS Data Centers in Ireland. Data is securely encrypted and protected at all times and duly backed up. 

If you are a client, KMH will keep your data for the duration of the service contract. If you are just a lead, a contact or a prospect, KMH will keep your data in its CRM database for a maximum of three years. Once this time period has expired, we will ask for your permission to keep it for another term. If you deny or we get no answer, your data will be deleted from our databases. 

Marketing 
KMH would like to send you information about our products and services of ours that we think you might have a professional interest in. 

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date.
